If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it at BadRevolution.com. Your return must be submitted within 14 days from when your package is received.

Return Policy & Instructions

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Retrieve your return shipping label using the portal at the bottom of this page.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will need both your ORIGINAL and NEW order numbers.
At the portal below, input your ORIGINAL order number & email address to receive your return shipping label.
After we receive your returned item or items, we will credit the customer’s original payment method for the following:

A refund of what you paid for on original item(s)
A refund of what you paid for in taxes

Please note that all return orders are subject to:

$5 restocking fee per item
Cost of the return shipping label

If you wish to do an Exchange, the $5 restocking fee is waived.

The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in new resellable condition. (Stains, Makeup, Animal hair, deodorant Stains, etc. will be considered worn). Any item(s) worn, altered, not in new condition (and/or with Stains, Makeup, Animal hair, deodorant Stains, etc. will be charged a restocking fee of 35% each item.

Exchange Policy & Instructions

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Place a new order at BadRevolution.com to replace the item or items you plan to exchange.

PLEASE NOTE:

We will ship your new order to you FREE of charge using our standard shipping method (regardless of your original shipping method).
If you wish to select a different shipping method for your new order, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
If you do select the standard shipping option, we will refund you the cost of shipping when the exchanged item or items are received.
